It's one of the Chinese Celebration during the China winter season called 'dung chew jia' or Winter Solstice Festival when sunshine is weakest and daylight shortest. It's kinda big celebration celebrated by chinese. We made 'tang yuen' for the occasion. It's simple and easy. I made one special 'tang yuen' of yinyang effect. Ha!! Nice and yummy!!!
