Just started my self-taught Adobe Indesign using the Classroom in a book.
Heck. It is going s.l.o.w.
Reading word by word and teaching myself by following step by step... takes a. l.o.t. o.f. t.i.m.e.
But totally worth it.
You get to learn and search on your own rather by being taught by a trainer. They guide you but in a split second you tend to forget the step... however, learning through the book let you learn searching the clicks and buttons by yourself.
I am currently in Chapter Two. Wish me luck.

Meow
I have no idea when I started to like cats.
I am always a dog person... and never a cat. I guess it's because of my neighbour when I am staying at Newdegate Street. They have one big greyish black fat cat. Absolutely stern looking cat. He was often seen wandering around the townhouse. I always see him nearby. He likes to stare at people too, like observing what you are doing for a long time and suddenly turn his head and just leave with no turning back. I think that's what cat does. I slowly began to take notice of his way abouts. Wondering if I will see him today. Will he be at my backyard staring at me watching tv.
I am fond of him without realizing it. I kinda miss the cat now.
I wanted a cat.

Poppies
Gosh! etsy.com is the most amazing site ever created. :D It's trully my favorite spot in the web. :D
There are millions of paintings that are wonderful and unique. Each paintings have their very own style and moods that is screaming out to reach us.
It is best to learn painting from them.:D
I remember from my art class that the best way to learn is to learn from others. You will learn to discover their composition, their techniques as you paint as according to theirs... your mind started to work as them when painting. :D
My theme for last week painting is poppies. I grab hold of two paintings that caught my eye and started to follow their style of painting.
This week theme will be c-l-o-u-d-s.

It's one of those evening...
Did I mention I do not like the twilight time.. neither dark nor bright. It just draws me down. So I decided to draw. At least it will divert my mind to something.

Melb and Menz
I have been working in Menz for nearly a year. It's time to leave.
I had a great time there... actually. Weighing out, the pros are so much more then the cons of working there. It's been great with the colleagues. I had the opportunity to organize exhibits internationally in Hanoi, HoChiMinh, Shanghai and ChungChing alone. It was in total a wonderful experience that I had. My work in meeting agents, organizing the marketin stuff for the company was alright.
I think the best thing that happen there is knowing a bunch of great people there.
Vid was the best. He offered me his place for my lodging. He was great in every way a friend can be. Yun's frequent tea break walks to get sausage rolls. Seeing Sun at the javascript:void(0)tram station and getting home together after work. Occasional tease and gossips.I love grabbing a hot cuppa coffee before heading to work.. taking the tram...walks.. jogs at Albert Park... (I can go on forever).
All the small things adds up in the end. I always feel that it's the small things that makes the difference in life.

Been spending time facebooking and browsing on blogs to blogs today.
Have not indulge myself with this kind of leisure net browsing lately. I kinda enjoyed it. Every now and then, a lil dosage to catch up on gossips won't kill.
